Hi everyone,

It’s been a while! How are you? Enjoying the sunshine we have been having for Spring? In the UK, where I am, the blossoms are everything right now. 

They are glowing with the soft pink colour of the heart chakra, beaming pure love and compassion out into the world. Thank you, Mother Nature.

Emergence

As Nature emerges into the light half of the year, so do I. I have just been through the deepest winter of my life! There’s so much in the richness of the experience, of committing to the deepest work, in the deepest parts of my self. I may spend the rest of my life articulating and embodying what I have learned!

 

As I begin to emerge into a secure and grounded sense of self and being, some gentle expansions are beginning to happen. I wanted to share this video from Sunday evening.

A Full Heart…

My heart feels full with a wonderful complexity. It includes joy and excitement for the possibilities that are arriving, as well as grief for what I am laying down from the past. In the middle of that somewhere is a profound stillness and peace.

I look forward to sharing more soon.

A Portal of Pisces

  On 7 th September we experienced a Pisces full moon lunar eclipse inside a Virgo “sandwich” (a Virgo new moon on 23 rd August and then another on 21 st September). Here’s what I was writing about it then:- “The full moon eclipse in Pisces is so powerful . Right now many of us can feel quite foggy, uncertain and confused, which is exactly the way that Pisces feels! We will invariably respond with wanting to grasp, hold on, and control. This is the journey right now. As we delve deeper into spirit, soul and karmic contracts. As we are experiencing, feeling and seeing the deeper truths. As we are humbled. The greatest transformation is that of finding such a strong connection with the divine that we are able to practice surrender and trust. With that, we are able to find bliss, peace, ecstasy, safety, and fulfilment. How can you sense the water element right now? How can you practice sensing the safety of the womb of the ocean? Birth

  I find myself sitting here in the candlelight while writing this. The semi-darkness and the total silence of 3.33am is just what seems to be needed for this birth right now. Today, I heard myself saying, "There's no birth without death, and no death without birth." I was realising this awesome truth in a moment of realness with reference to my own life. I am making choices. Or, rather, it feels like the choices are making me. Birth feels like this to me, "If I don't do this, I'll die." It has this level of intensity, of pressure. Maybe this is why I am writing and birthing right now during the spaciousness of the night? So that there is room. Room for the expansion. Room for my thoughts, for my being, without the chatter and clutter of life. I experience personal transformation like squeezing through a portal, the birth canal of life.
