*Suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced. Join in as much or as little as you feel you want to.

*I practice Conscious Business. Proceeds from this event will be making a donation to Crossroads Derbyshire, a domestic abuse charity.

*I have an attitude of inclusivity. Concessions are available for those with low income.

*Book directly if you are over eighteen. Age sixteen to eighteen tickets available with parental consent. Age fourteen to sixteen tickets available with parental arrangement, contact me from the home page top left menu. These events are suitable for over fourteens (contact me if you'd like to discuss a younger age).

*Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your ticket more than twenty-four hours before the event receive a partial refund, less than twenty four hours before the event no refund. Tickets are transferrable by contacting me.

  Entering Winter can be about entering leaner times. Times when there is (historically) less food available, times when there is less warmth from the Sun available, times when the physical environment is more harsh. As a devotee to personal transformation, I am always looking for the “treasure”.  I find that one of the symbolic and refreshing things about these leaner times is the scaling back, the decluttering, the simplicity. For me, there is beauty in the clarity of the season. As I look around in nature, I am able to see through the trees (now they have no leaves) to the views beyond. To me, this resonates with a theme of fewer distractions. The expanded depth of vision provokes feelings of release from confusion and overwhelm. Simplicity and clarity can feel purifying, bright and light, like the snow. For me, this is some of the mental, emotional and spiritual treasure of the winter and of the leaner times. Y...

Being Psychic

  I find that people are curious about what it means to be psychic, how that feels and how it is experienced. So, I feel prompted to speak a little about this from my own perspective. Firstly, I often feel I need to reassure people that I am genuinely not telepathic! Your thoughts are privately your own. I can’t read your mind. Also, I don’t remember every detail of any psychic messages you may have received from me. This is because when I am transmitting psychic messages to people or into my writing, I am acting as a conscious channel. I am merging my cognitive comprehension and communication abilities with the divine forces that I am receiving the information from. I pass on the information as though I am a communication device. Psychics have abilities and skills which mean they are able to see (clairvoyance), hear (clairaudience), and sense (clairsentience). Birth

  I find myself sitting here in the candlelight while writing this. The semi-darkness and the total silence of 3.33am is just what seems to be needed for this birth right now. Today, I heard myself saying, "There's no birth without death, and no death without birth." I was realising this awesome truth in a moment of realness with reference to my own life. I am making choices. Or, rather, it feels like the choices are making me. Birth feels like this to me, "If I don't do this, I'll die." It has this level of intensity, of pressure. Maybe this is why I am writing and birthing right now during the spaciousness of the night? So that there is room. Room for the expansion. Room for my thoughts, for my being, without the chatter and clutter of life. I experience personal transformation like squeezing through a portal, the birth canal of life.
